The "corona" project was developed by Commissioni in 2001 as part of the "Archivi Unità Formazione Aziendale 2001 Lavoro Occupati Piemonte Fse" initiative. The project aimed to train individuals in the Piedmont region of Italy in the production of corona beer.

The training course focused on the various aspects of brewing, from sourcing ingredients to packaging the final product. Participants were taught the science behind the brewing process, including factors such as temperature, fermentation time, and carbonation levels.
